For principal Leslie Tucker, design honors the unique story of the house and the people who live there. Serving clients across the Southeast, Leslie’s training includes a CIDA-accredited interior design degree from the University of Alabama and a master’s in historic preservation from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). Her residential projects include new construction in Savannah’s Historic Landmark District, renovation in Asheville’s Montford Historic District and numerous commercial projects. She has extensive experience working with The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, local historic preservation guidelines and commissions and state historic preservation offices. She has completed numerous individual and district National Register nominations. Marrying an eye for design with a deep appreciation for architectural history, Leslie creates spaces that feel curated, not decorated.
Our team offers a thoughtful approach to the rehabilitation and design of historic resources, as well as the preparation of state and historic tax credits. We are experienced in working with The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and with local design guidelines and commissions.
We coordinate with architects, contractors and all trades to handle the details so that you can enjoy the process.
Whether your project is new construction, renovation or a simple refresh, we manage every phase of the project—from concept to installation.
